- is secretary to all City boards
- handles all municipal elections
- books the Civic Center
- issues dog and cat licenses
- issues liquor licenses
- issues picnic (short-term liquor) licenses
- registers businesses
- receives Lodgers Tax
- sells cemetery plots and provides cemetery information
- provides general information
- rents airplane hangars at Truth or Consequences Municipal Airport (TCS)
