Become a Vendor
The City of Truth or Consequences welcomes vendors interested in doing business with us. To become an approved vendor, businesses must submit a W-9 Form along with a New Mexico CRS Form for tax exemption on tangible items. These documents allow vendors to be integrated into the City's financial system, Cities Financial System, for payment processing.
