Open seats for City Commissioner is as follows:
Position II: Four Year Term
Position IV: Four Year Term
Position V: Four Year Term 

All Declarations of Candidacy for write-in candidates shall be filed in the County Clerk, 1712 N. Date Street Ste. A, Truth or Consequences, NM on September 5, 2023 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
