Located in the heart of Truth or Consequences at 400 W. Fourth Street, the Civic Center and Ralph Edwards Auditorium serve as premier venues for local events, including the Old Time Fiddlers State Championships and the Miss Fiesta Pageant. With versatile spaces and modern amenities, these facilities are ideal for meetings, performances, and community gatherings.

The Civic Center offers four conference rooms, a sound and lighting system, and seating for 825 guests in the Ralph Edwards Auditorium—making it a versatile space for events of all sizes.

Booking the Civic Center
To reserve the Civic Center, email the City Clerk’s Office at torcclerk@torcnm.org or call (575) 894-6674. Directions:

  • From the North: Entering town on Date Street, turn right onto Fourth Street—one block before the traffic light at Third. The Civic Center is ¼ mile west of Date on Fourth.
  • From the South: Follow Broadway through downtown; at the curve, Broadway becomes Date. Turn left one block past the stoplight, then continue ¼ mile west to reach the Civic Center.
