The Civilian Volunteer Program’s goal is to expand and enhance existing services
through involvement of volunteers in service delivery.
The TCPD is committed to providing a safe community and improving the quality of life for all people
we serve; 24 hours 7 days a week. We hold ourselves to the highest professional standards.
